Could you provide SDK if I have my own APP?

Yes, we are the developer of APP and Device, we could provide SDK or BLE document.

Can I customized LOGO?

Yes, there are 3 points for the customized logo.
1.The brand logo displayed when power on wristband. Please note your requests.
2. APP icon
3.APP first screen logo
4.Package (Logo on gift box)
5. Screen printing on the strap.

Can I customized functions?

Sure, we have professional R&D team to provide best support, and give you best suggestions.

How about the quality of your products?

Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our product quality.

How long is your products quality warranty?

We provide one-year quality warranty.

What payment method do you accept?

T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, Credit Card, etc.

Could you provide SDK if I have my own APP?

Yes, we are the developer of APP and Device, we could provide SDK or BLE document.

What is the lead time of your products?

1-3 business days for sample order, around 30 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

How will you deliver my goods to me?

We generally ship sample order and MOQ order by Express ( Door To Door), such as DHL, UPS, Fedex to enable our customers get their goods rapidly. We ship mass order by Air, Sea, Express, according to customer's choice.

How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

Do the Beacons work with IOS and Android phones?

Yes, We will send the user manual to you to set up the beacon, you can test the Beacon with IOS and Android phones.

Do you provide the technical support to the developers?

SURE. The following technical data and documents will be provided.
1. SDK 2. API 3. Configuration APP 4. Instructions

Are the Beacons Certified?

Yes, all of our Beacons are with FCC/CE/RoHS Certificates, we can provide to customers anytime if needed.

If the beacon can be managed remotely?

Yes, you can use our app to connect the beacon within the beacon range area to change the parameters.

Are there any monthly fees after we purchased the beacon from you?

NO, we won’t have a monthly charge for our clients.

Could brand the product with our company LOGO?

Yes, pls send an AI file with your logo to us, then our engineer will access for you.

What's the warranty on the product?

We provide 1-year warranty from the shipping date, any damage caused during the production would be replaced by a new one.

Could we have a customized beacon?

Yes, We offer the OEM/ODM service which
allows custom branding.

If I encounter some problems while testing, how can I solve them more quickly?

You can contact the sales person who you communicate with, or you can send email to [email protected], we would like to be able to communicate with you to solve problems via some common chat software, like skype, whatsapp, line and so on.

What is required for a basic LoRaWAN application?

There should be 3 parts at least, end-node, LoRaWAN Gateway, LoRa Server(Public or private).

Which public networks are available to us ?

For example ,TTN ,Senet, LoRa Iot, Chirp Stack.

In US915 , the device cannot uplink the payload normally, there was no data for a long time in the server.

Firstly, check the CH setting of the gateway, is it 0-7? If it is not 0-07 ,we need change the CH setting in the device via app, make the CH of device same to gateway’s CH. Secondly, check the CH range supported by the server, the CH of Gateway and device should be in the CH range supported by the server.(TTN only support CH 8-15 in US915.

I alredy entered the LoRaWAN parameter in TTN , but could not access the network on TTN.

In some LoRa Servers , They will automatically generate some parameters(AppEui,AppKey and so on), you need change the parameter value in the device via Mokosmart’s App. So you should check the values of each parameter carefully.

There is no gps data or the gps data is 0 on the uplink payload.

Firstly , the gps function ofour device can only work outside ,the environment will influence the signal of GPS. So ,please place the device in an open environment, and Increase satellite search time to max value. If GPS data is still unavailable, please contact us directly.

In gateway Settings, how can I get the server address,up port and down port ?

This three parameter value is depended on which lora server do you use now, each server have its own server address , up port and down port . You can look it up on the website or send an email to the server maintainer, If you have communication problems on the below solution, you can contact us.
