The nRF5340 is an all-in-one SoC that includes a superset of the most prominent nRF52 series features. Bluetooth 5.2, high-speed SPI, QSPI, USB, up to 105℃ operating temperature and other features combine more memory, integration and performance while minimizing current consumption. The application processor is optimized for performance and uses voltage frequency scaling to perform clock calculations at 64 or 128 MHz. It has 1MB of Flash, 512KB of RAM, a floating point unit (FPU), an 8KB 2-way associated cache and DSP instruction capability. The network processor clocks at 64 MHz and is optimized for efficiency and low power consumption. It has 64 KB of RAM and 256 KB of Flash.
