Sensor Beacons
Get Your Sensor Beacons From MOKO
In addition to Bluetooth radio for broadcasting iBeacon and/or Eddystone packets, some MOKO beacons are equipped with various high-precision sensors, such as a motion sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer sensor, and a temperature & humidity sensor, all of which are either built into the boards or added as external sensors. The following is a description of some segmented applications:

Motion Sensor
Motion Sensor Beacons
MOKO motion sensor beacons all contain a built-in 3-axis accelerometer sensor. This means that, if a unit is moved, the beacon detects that movement, and then uses our proprietary communication protocols to send the movement information to your connected devices. These beacons broadcast location and accelerometer data as long as the beacons are enabled. Also, certain broadcast settings allow the user to silence a beacon, if accelerometer data isn’t needed at any given time. This not only enables easier testing, it also helps prolong battery life.
Accelerometer Sensor
Beacons equipped with a 3-axis accelerometer sensor can report raw acceleration values in real time, as well as detecting other events, like the possible accidental fall of a worker, and double-click action. If you want to use 6-axis or 9-axis acceleration sensors in your projects, we also provide custom services.

RFID / NFC
RFID and NFC technologies enable universal wireless communication. Some of MOKO sensor beacons can be ordered or equipped with RFID or NFC technology, which is widely used in asset management and location in logistic solutions.
