These fake messages use our company name or logo and ask recipients to reply to non-company email addresses such as jerry.li@mail.com.
All official emails from MOKO SMART come only from addresses ending with @mokotechnology.com and @mokosmart.com.
We never use personal or free email domains.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not reply or click any links.
Please forward it to info@mokosmart.com for verification.
We have reported this scam to the authorities and are taking action to prevent similar incidents.
