LoRaWAN Devices

You need an end node (our LoRaWAN device), a LoRaWAN Gateway, and a LoRaWAN Server (public or private).

For example, TTN, Senet, LoRa IoT, Chirp Stack.

Check and modify the parameters (AppEui, AppKey, etc.) in the device using the MokoLora App to match those in TTN.

The GPS function of our LoRaWAN devices works only outdoors. Ensure the device is placed in an open area for a stable signal, and increase satellite search time to max value. If issues persist, contact us for help.

The values depend on your LoRa Server. Check the server’s website or email the maintainer for details. Contact us for any communication issues.

– Check gateway CH is 0-7.
– Ensure device CH matches gateway CH.
– Verify device and gateway CH are within the server’s supported CH range. (TTN supports CH 8-15 in US915).
– If CH settings look correct, could be other issues like poor signal strength, faulty hardware, etc.

Verify the device and gateway use the same region/band. Move the device closer and retry joining. Check gateway logs for downlink messages.
