M11 is a Bluetooth pallet tracker specifically designed for pallet tracking applications across warehouses and logistics. Shaped in a slim, long-strip form, the M11 can be easily embedded into pallets or trays. Its rugged enclosure is rated IP67 and IK08 for warehouse and outdoor use.
Powered by a high-capacity battery, it provides a durable 5-year lifespan. M11 also supports optional temperature sensing and integrates an accelerometer for motion detection, enabling smarter tracking and monitoring. Combined with flexible installation, the M11 pallet tracking tag is suitable for reusable pallets in high-turnover logistics environments.

M11 tags are mounted on pallets and they work with gateways installed throughout the warehouse to provide zone-level visibility. It broadcasts at a lower interval under normal conditions, but automatically switches to a faster broadcasting when motion is detected, so that nearby gateways can detect pallet movement more quickly.
Rated IP67, M11 is dust-tight and waterproof, ensuring it can be used in wet loading docks, outdoor yards, and regular washdown facilities. It is IK08 rated to resist the mechanical shock of everyday handling of pallets, such as drops, forklift vibrations and heavy impacts.
M11 is more than just a pallet tracker. It has an inbuilt accelerometer which helps detect impacts, vibration and unexpected movement during pallet transport and handling. The temperature sensor (optional) extends visibility to cargo conditions as it can monitor the climate exposure of cold chain goods and environmentally sensitive material.
M11 supports hybrid BLE and RFID pallet tracking. RFID is deployed at key checkpoints like loading and rack placement and BLE provides continuous zone-level tracking between scans.
During loading, the M11 pallet tag can be associated with cargo RFID labels for shipment identification. Forklift-mounted RFID readers automatically identify pallets when they are being transported and moved between warehouse zones.
