DL002 is a temperature sensor probe designed for monitoring in cold chain and industrial environments. It stores up to 60,000 groups of temperature records locally to enable easy access to historical data. DL002 is durable in harsh environment and achieves a 5-year lifespan. Each unit is factory-tested before shipment to verify temperature accuracy. Even after deployment, the probe can be detached separately for regular calibration. There are several mounting options that enable deployment in temperature-controlled containers, pharmaceutical storage and in cold chain logistics.

DL002 supports three differernt interchangeable probes: PT100, NTC, and SHT40. Users can deploy temperature-only sensing across a wide industrial range, or add humidity sensing to environments where moisture levels also matter. The probe attaches to a single universal body which can be detached separately for recalibration after deployment.
DL002 is designed for tough use in harsh conditions. Exposure to moisture and dust is unavoidable when sensors are deployed in cold chain or pharmaceuticals applications. The sensor housing and the probe are both IP67 rated, meaning that they are protected from dust ingress and short immersion.
DL002 stores up to 60,000 groups of temperature records onboard, independent of external servers or network connectivity. Historical data can be exported directly in PDF and CSV formats for audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
DL002 comes with a 1000mAh replaceable battery and can operate up to 5 years. Four mounting methods are available: sticker, magnetic base, screw bracket, and zip tie. This allows the DL002 to be attached to metal surfaces, plastic containers, and irregular packaging.
