UT3 is a BLE-enabled printable asset label designed to make package tracking simple and reliable. Built to the standard express waybill format with synthetic paper, flexible circuit and eco-friendly paper battery, it is only 1.2 mm thin and bends easily to fit the irregular package surfaces. UT3 can be activated via UHF RFID with handheld readers in batch, or powered on during printing so shipping details and activation happen in a single step.
UT3 is compatible with common anti-metal printers, and its riveted assembly combined with the proven IN100 chip delivers greater reliability. These qualities make UT3 a stable, flexible and practical tracking solution for logistics.

UT3 fits standard express waybill dimensions and supports variable data printing so you can print customer templates, barcodes, and logistics fields directly on the label. Printed fields and label identity can be exposed wirelessly for terminal reads and backend tracking.
UT3 combines synthetic paper, an FPC flexible circuit and a paper battery. The upper printable panel is under 0.5 mm for clean printing and easy folding. The lower PCBA panel is a non-printable zone about 1.2 mm thick and folds to roughly 60 degrees to shield the electronics. This layout preserves print quality and handling while protecting the circuitry during packing and transport.
UT3 uses a sustainable Zn-Mn-coated 40 mAh paper battery. At the default 3s broadcast interval, it provides about three months of service. The battery is mechanically riveted to the mainboard to ensure a secure connection under repeated handling.
Activation can be done by a dedicated UHF RFID handheld reader in batch, or by a dedicated anti-metal printer during printing for a one-step print-and-activate workflow. Terminals can verify the UT3’s activation status and perform batch self checks to speed deployment and quality control.
